I'm a property manager with several units in the Balt Co area, and have been having a hard time finding an electrician. Was hoping to find someone we can use as our go-to guy for that area, and we did! I called Richard after reading reviews across several platforms and he definitely lived up to my expectations. He came out quickly, on time, was courteous and informative - also was discreet with certain information and how it was presented to the tenant, which is very important as some of them sometimes don't understand the situation and/or can overreact about work that needs to be completed. Will definitely use next time we have any issue, but hopefully not anytime soon!

Had a burning smell in our laundry room. Richard promptly came over to take a look and he found out it was our hot water heater. He turned off the electric to it and helped me find a plumber, at no charge. It was replaced the same day. Richard has done other work for us in the past and has always been prompt, done a terrific job and at fair prices. We highly recommend him.

Stop your search for an electrician here. Will be my dedicated electrician from now on. I installed a sump pump in my old af Baltimore townhouse and needed a dedicated circuit installed. Got my quotes and decided to use this single employee company vs the many big box players. It was refreshing to talk directly to Richard vs a secretary or admin person. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and fairly priced. Walked me through everything that needed to be done. No upselling involved. Price was clean. Job was exactly as required and done within 2 days of calling. 100% satisfied and felt good to support a small company. Cant recommend more.

Richard did an absolutely great job. When running new electric line from breaker box in the basement to the kitchen upstairs there was air ducts and structural supports blocking the way. He was able to get around it without any damage to the walls, house, or ceiling. He was very polite to my family and engaged in conversation. He even helped answer questions about other DIY stuff that didn't include him. Thank you Rich!!! I'm going to use Hardball Electric anytime I need an electrician and highly recommend to family and friends.

I have worked with Hardball 3 different times at this point. He has helped to fix a small issue with a double tapped circuit ,installed a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling and rewired a hookup for a new range. Everytime he has been extremely helpful, he is knowledgeable, fast and easy to work with. This last time I had to write a review finally because he helped to save me over $1000, another electrician was trying to charge me $1500 in materials for something you can buy at Home Depot for under $500. I called Hardball and he told me the truth and was able to fit me in his busy schedule so that I could have a working range again.

Rich recently helped me replace the knob and tube wiring in my house. I was pleasantly surprised by his promptness, his friendliness, and his work ethic. Rich found a way to replace my old wiring without making too many holes in my walls and at a very reasonable price! He also replaced several unwanted light fixtures around the house. Rich was very knowledgeable. His work was neatly done so there wasn't too much clean up, and he finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend working with Hardball Electric LLC. I know I will be using Rich for ALL my future electrical work!!!! Thanks Rich for all your hard work.

I booked a consultation for what I thought was wiring issue in my bathrooms. Richard actually showed us it was an easy fix that we can do ourselves free of charge! Very trustworthy and I will 100% use this company again as well as recommend it to friends and family!

Rich did an awesome job installing a 240v outlet for my EV charger at such an affordable price. Came by to do a free estimate and went over the process and pricing with me before I agreed to having it done. Very friendly and professional individual. Other than the main job, he also replaced the light ballast while he was here. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Excellent experience with Rich and Hardball Electric. He was quick to respond to the initial contact and showed up early the day of the appointment, after confirming it was OK. Work was completed at the estimated cost and was done correctly. Personable guy that I'll definitely be calling again next time I need an electrician.
